Job descriptionMonitor Wrike to identify when creative briefs are marked complete and ready for upload. Ensure timely follow-through by flagging completed briefs and coordinating next steps for ad upload. Use creative briefs and our internal naming generator to develop ad names that include key components such as persona, hook, messaging angle, and campaign theme. Ensure all creative tracking documents are consistently updated. This includes logging when ads are uploaded and confirming all relevant details are accurately reflected. Monitor and QA podcast promo codes to identify leaks or limits reached. Generate new podcast promo codes using Shopify. Coordinate product sends to podcast hosts using Shopify. Create a monthly creative performance deck with top-performing creatives across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate (Seaweed Society Partners). Track trends in social ad formats, influencer strategies, and competitor promotions. Share monthly highlights to inspire testing and creative development. Assist with weekly reporting by updating spreadsheets across channels like ShopApp and TikTok Shop. Log test outcomes from incrementality partner, Haus, and document learnings to inform future strategy. Monitor affiliate coupon codes for leaks and fraudulent activity. Maintain a clean and organized affiliate database by regularly tagging and categorizing influencers.
Ad Management & Execution
- Upload and QA creative assets for paid ads across Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor ad accounts for disruptions in performance, including disapproved ads, broken links, or significant KPI fluctuations.
- Partner with channel owners to ensure campaigns are properly built, scheduled, and launched.
- Collaborate with the Organic Social Director to regularly boost organic TikTok posts and compile weekly reports highlighting key insights and top-performing content.
