Educational Qualifications :

Bachelors in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration. MBA / M. Com preferred from reputed institution.

Professional Certification : CFA / CMA / CA / CIMA or similar is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting : Prepare annual budgets, forecasts for all companies (India, NL, IE, UK), aligned with sales & operations.

Cost & Profitability Analysis : Conduct SKU‐level profitability, analyze cost drivers (production, supply chain, import duties, shipping etc.), suggest pricing strategies.

Working Capital Management : Manage receivables, payables, inventory; across multiple countries; optimize cash flow.

Cross‐border financial compliance & reporting : Consolidated financial statements; ensure compliance with local laws in NL, IE, UK, India; tax, audit, statutory.

Risk Management : Currency / forex exposure (EUR, GBP, CHF etc.), commodity cost fluctuations, shipping / logistics risk. Implement hedging or mitigation strategies.

Banking & Finance Arrangements : Project funding, import financing, methods like bill discounting, stock hypothecation; coordinate with international banks.

Cross‐functional Collaboration : Work with Sales / Marketing / Ops to support promos, trade spending, product launch costs.

Leadership & Process Improvement : Mentor junior finance staff; improve ERP processes; standardize best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in FMCG / Imports & Exports / Cross‐border trade finance.

Strong skills in ERP systems; advanced Excel; financial modelling.

Costing methodologies : standard costing, activity‐based costing etc.

Multi‐currency accounting; exposure to foreign exchange / hedging.

Ability to present complex financial info in simple form to non‐finance teams.

Good leadership & coordination skills.
