Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Governance & Systems Analyst to support global content operations. The ideal candidate will act as a digital librarian , maintaining data accuracy, structure, and hierarchy within Rightsline and related systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and organize Rightsline metadata, ensuring title hierarchy accuracy.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data workflows and consistency.
Use SQL for queries and basic data validation.
Support continuous improvement of data governance and operational scalability.

Qualifications :

3+ years in data analysis, governance, or operations (Media / Entertainment preferred).

Experience with Rightsline or similar rights / data management systems.

Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills.

SQL knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL preferred).

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
