Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, selling digital advertising solutions, and building long-term business relationships. The role demands a sales-driven professional with strong industry networks and a proven ability to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients for digital ad solutions (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Influencer Marketing).
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Develop tailored media plans and proposals to meet client objectives.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and ad innovations.
Present regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and growth plans.
Skills & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Marketing Sales.
Strong network of contacts in brands, agencies, and advertisers.
Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, Influencers, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
