About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. SEO Executive to lead and manage the SEO initiatives for both our company and client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven optimization techniques to enhance online visibility and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to drive organic growth and lead generation.

Technical SEO : Conduct detailed site audits using tools like Screaming Frog and LightHouse to improve site health, crawl efficiency, and page speed.

Site Architecture Optimization : Enhance internal linking, URL structure, and navigation for optimal indexation and user experience.

Structured Data Implementation : Use JSON-LD schema to earn rich results and boost search visibility.

Content Optimization : Perform keyword and intent analysis, plan content strategies, and optimize on-page elements (titles, metas, headers) for maximum performance.

Data & Reporting : Monitor and report SEO performance through GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards, focusing on ROI and conversions.

Competitor & Market Analysis : Utilize Ahrefs and Semrush to analyze competitor performance, identify opportunities, and enhance backlink strategies.

Off-Page Optimization : Execute ethical link-building campaigns, digital PR, and outreach to build domain authority.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Coordinate with development and content teams to ensure technical and strategic SEO alignment.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Expertise

Expertise in technical SEO , site architecture , and structured data .

Proficiency in tools such as GA4 , GSC , Ahrefs , Semrush , Looker Studio , and Screaming Frog .

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills to translate SEO insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Project management experience with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in IT or digital marketing industries.
