About the Company

We are a Hybrid company with multiple in-house products and client products which means our team gets to work with the latest technologies always. Just in 6 years, we have grown to 45+ full-time developers in India and 400+ salespeople in the USA.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing SEO / SEM, social media and display advertising campaign.
  • Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence.
  • Active involvement in SEO efforts (keywords, image optimization, Meta description etc.)
  • Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns which engage and inform.
  • Support in launching optimized online adverts to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
  • Report regularly on performance engagement across multiple social media platforms.
  • Assist with general day to day administrative tasks.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives & campaigns
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Requirements & Skills

  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO (both on page & off page), SEM and SMM.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across different platforms (Google, facebook)
  • Good understanding of google keyword planner tools
  • Planning and executing SEO / SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Active involvement in SEO efforts (keywords, image optimization, Meta description etc.
