Purchase Executive

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that our organization maintains adequate stock levels while optimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process from requisition through to delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier developments.
