  • 1+ year in software / project coordination
  • Salary Range :
  • ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & company size in Coimbatore market)
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Interact with clients to gather requirements and convert them into structured workflows and flowcharts.
  • Work with design and development teams to bring the project live, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Assign tasks to team members using project / task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Monitor daily progress, track timelines, and escalate delays if required.
  • Review deliverables and ensure output aligns with client expectations.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients before project delivery.
  • Train clients on using the software effectively.
  • Handle the project lifecycle end-to-end : pre-order requirement gathering, processing during development, delivery, and post-delivery client issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project scope, updates, and changes.
  • Required Skills :
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software development process and SDLC.
  • Ability to create flowcharts, process diagrams, and documentation.
  • Experience with task / project management tools.
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to handle client training and post-delivery queries.
