We're Hiring : Manager – Global Sales (ANZ Region)

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for building high-performing global teams? We’re looking for a Manager – Global Sales to lead and scale our ANZ-focused sales team from our Bangalore office.

What You’ll Do :

• Build & lead a world-class sales team focused on full-cycle B2B sales and revenue growth
• Drive sales performance, from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
• Develop and optimize sales processes, incentive schemes, and negotiation strategies
• Collaborate across global time zones, ensuring alignment with regional sales teams
• Leverage AI-powered sales tools, CRM systems, and automation to enhance productivity
• Deliver high-impact analytics, sales enablement, and quality control initiatives

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days / week in office)
