Senior Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Ensure accurate GST filings – monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS; manage quarterly returns and Form 16 / 16A issuance
• Monitor vendor payments, input credit tracking, and expense entries
• Manage accounting entries in Zoho Books and maintain updated ledgers
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow tracking, and expense statements on Excel
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for books closure and audit queries
• Ensure compliance with all finance processes, timelines, and documentation
