IR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Industrial Relations Executive to manage and strengthen our employee relations and legal compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle union negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Gujarat Industrial Relations Act (GIR Act), Industrial Disputes Act (ID Act), and other applicable labor laws.
• Handle legal matters related to Labour Court, Industrial Court, High Court, and conciliation proceedings.
• Address and resolve grievances of workers in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
