Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Executive located in Bharuch. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing legal requirements, maintaining effective communication, and supporting the law enforcement aspects of operations. Daily tasks include monitoring compliance activities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain complete statutory records for all deployed manpower (Guards, Supervisors, ASOs, Officers) as per company and client requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, and Bonus compliance reports, challans, and registers.
- Verify guard salary sheets, muster rolls, and attendance records to ensure compliance with Minimum Wages and Contract Labour Acts.
- Liaise with government departments such as Labour Office, ESIC, PF, and Local Authority Inspectors for inspections and audits.
- Prepare and submit monthly compliance statements, Form V, Form XII, Form XIII, and other statutory formats.
- Support the Operations and HR teams in renewal of Labour License, CLRA registration, and Principal Employer certificates.
- Coordinate with client HR / Admin teams for compliance audits and ensure zero non-compliance remarks.
- Maintain updated compliance files for all client contracts — both soft and hard copies — as per SIS standards.
- Keep track of all changes in statutory norms like minimum wage revisions, ESI / PF limits, and notify the management timely.
- Assist in preparation of compliance reports for tenders, renewals, and new client proposals.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / BA with knowledge of Labour Laws).Experience :
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Compliance or Statutory Management.Experience in Security, Facility Management, or Manpower Service Industry is highly preferred.Skills & Competencies :
Sound understanding of Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, EPF & MP Act, ESIC Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Minimum Wages Act.Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and client representatives.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Reporting.Strong record-keeping and audit handling ability.Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, andcapable of meeting deadlines under pressure.
