Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Karma Group’s Bengaluru office(Bellandur). The selected candidate will provide exceptional support to our members, actively addressing inquiries, collecting membership dues and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining high service standards. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and fostering positive customer relationships in alignment with the company’s commitment to luxury and excellence.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For :
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
