Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and empathy
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow and improve the overall customer experience
