The Centre for Digital Technologies in Healthcare (CDiTH) at IIIT Hyderabad is a healthcare-focused Research Translation Centre —dedicated to applying and extending academic research into real-world solutions.

Our vision is to improve the efficacy, affordability, and reach of healthcare delivery in India and beyond by leveraging modern digital technologies. CDiTH actively works on solutions across public health, early screening & diagnostics, clinical decision support, and surgical data science, using technologies such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Application Development .

Role Summary

The Engineering Manager (EM) will play a pivotal leadership role in driving multiple healthcare technology projects from concept to deployment. The EM will work closely with the Centre Head , faculty, and researchers, while engaging directly with healthcare providers, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management, and people leadership. The EM will ensure customer objectives are met, internal teams are empowered, and engineering best practices are upheld, all while contributing to CDiTH’s mission of impactful healthcare innovation.

The position offers a remuneration in the range of ₹15–25 LPA , commensurate with the candidate’s experience, expertise, and qualifications with the understanding that this is a mission-driven role within a research and innovation setting.
