We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Voice and Accent Trainer for our International BPO operations at KVC Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the English communication skills, pronunciation, and accent neutralization of our customer service and technical support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to our international clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive voice and accent training modules for new hires and existing employees in an international BPO environment.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of agents' spoken English, identifying areas for improvement in pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and clarity.
- Provide targeted coaching and feedback sessions to help agents neutralize accents and improve their communication effectiveness for a global audience.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including exercises, audio examples, and role-playing scenarios.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to identify recurring communication gaps and integrate solutions into training programs.
- Monitor live calls and chat interactions to assess the application of learned skills and provide real-time feedback.
- Track and report on the progress of trainees, demonstrating measurable improvements in their voice and accent.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in voice and accent training and English language teaching.
Skills Requirement :
Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer within an International BPO setting.Excellent command of the English language, including pronunciation, grammar, and intonation .Strong understanding of phonetics and accent neutralization techniques.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills .Ability to effectively assess, coach, and motivate individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Experience in creating engaging training content.Analytical skills to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in TEFL, TESOL, or voice & accent training are highly desirable.Skills Required
