We’re Hiring : E-commerce & D2C Manager

Join our growing health & wellness brand as we scale our  E-commerce & Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)  business. If you’re passionate about digital growth, customer experience, and online brand building, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

Drive online sales across  D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.

Manage  Amazon / Flipkart / Nykaa  accounts and optimise listings & campaigns.

Lead performance marketing (Google, Meta, influencer, affiliate) to improve  ROA's & CAC.

Enhance customer journey : UX, retention, subscription models, CRM & loyalty programs.

Own  P&L for e-commerce  and deliver strong growth.

What We’re Looking For

3–4 years  of e-commerce / D2C experience (Nutraceuticals / Health / FMCG preferred)

Hands-on with  Shopify / E-Commerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub

Data-driven mindset, strong digital marketing expertise, customer-first approach

Proven track record of scaling online brands
