Role Overview :
As an AI Solutions Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions for top-tier clients such as Tata, Axis, Bajaj, IndiaMart, Justdial, PhonePe, Zepto, and Kotak. Youll be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven conversational agents that directly impact millions of customer interactions.
This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and client strategy perfect for someone who can bridge business challenges with cutting-edge AI capabilities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End AI Implementation : Lead the rollout of intelligent Voice and Chat AI agents for large-scale enterprise clients, ensuring high adoption and operational excellence.
- Workflow Design & Prompt Optimization : Analyze business processes, craft precise prompt logic, and collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Client Engagement & Strategy : Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define their AI roadmap, understand core challenges, and align AI solutions with business goals.
- Product Evolution : Gather real-time feedback from client deployments and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Performance Monitoring : Measure and optimize AI agent performance across KPIs like accuracy, response time, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth execution of AI initiatives and long-term client success.
Required Skills & Experience :
2 to 5 years of experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Consulting, ideally within AI-first or tech-driven environments.Solid understanding of prompt design, conversational AI logic, and automation workflows.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.Proven ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal structure and high ownership.(ref : hirist.tech)
