Position Summary

LINC Education is looking for an

Associate – Academic Operations

to support global university partnerships and manage high-quality academic delivery. This role combines

data-driven decision-making

process management

, and

client coordination

to ensure seamless program execution and exceptional student outcomes.

You will work closely with the

Program Manager

Head of Program Operations

, and

international account managers

to oversee end-to-end operations — from managing academic professionals to tracking key milestones and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and monitor SOPs, manage client communication, and lead weekly review discussions.

Coordinate daily delivery of services by LINC Fellows (academic professionals).

Track daily, weekly, and term-based objectives across multiple programs.

Collaborate with account managers to ensure client deliverables are met on time.

Develop and implement strategies for service improvement and issue resolution.

Oversee quality of final academic delivery outputs for partner universities.

Streamline operations using data analytics, automation, and technology tools.

Who We’re Looking For

Graduate / Postgraduate in Science, Engineering, or related analytical field (Tier 1 preferred).

2–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or client servicing (preferably in the education sector).

Strong analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

A problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and ownership mindset.

Work Mode : On-site (Hybrid flexibility)

CTC : ₹6 LPA

Working Days : Monday to Friday
