Job descriptionPosition Overview : Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage hotel staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment. Lead marketing efforts to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates. Develop budgets and financial reports to manage expenses and maximize revenue. Ensure high standards of guest service are met and address any guest concerns promptly. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community. Qualifications : Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial positions within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel management software and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
