Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at MANGALAM BAJAJ in Indore. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, optimizing performance, budgeting, and staff training. Coordination with the sales and service teams to meet targets and maintain high standards of service will be crucial. The General Manager will also address and resolve customer complaints, and handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Strong understanding of finance and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
