As the CDP Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing architectural designs for a complete view of our customers within the Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will be responsible for leading the deployment of the Adobe CDP solution, finalizing roadmap, and hands-on involvement within the platform. This role will require collaboration with Clients & Markets stakeholders to build capabilities for personalization, segmentation, data synchronization, and privacy management, enabling seamless integration with the CDP to drive exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- CDP Platform Leadership :
Lead management and administration of the Adobe Real-time CDP and related toolkit.
Provide architectural leadership and support for the platform as required by business requirements.Collaborate on the management and optimization of data pipelines to and from Adobe CDP. Source systems will be e.g. Brand websites, D2C, CRM apps, offline campaign datasets etcProvide guidance on segment-building and assist in performing dynamic customer-level analysis.Form Consumers Golden Records in Adobe CDP solution and enrich the same on an ongoing basis with website user behaviour data etc. Apply customer record de-dup and stitching rules etc to have high quality Consumer Golden RecordsDiagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently.Manage and maintain overall architecture documentation.Coordinate with privacy and compliance teams on proper handling of consumer PII.Technical Leadership :Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, and other stakeholders.
Interface with specific SMEs and business teams across CRM, MarTech, and AdTech to gather business requirements and define technical architecture for enhanced customer experiences and innovative marketing data solutions.Manage the day-to-day work of onshore and offshore developers, acting as their technical lead and offering solutions as needed.Deliver innovative ideas to solve customer needs.Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.Qualification
7+ years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience.5+ years experience in development and deployment of Adobe CDP solution across multiple organisations, preferably in FMCG industryBachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a similar relevant field.Experience leading development or implementations for enterprise applications.Demonstrated familiarity with the Adobe Suite and Web SDKs (e.g., AEM, Adobe Magento, Adobe Analytics etc).Ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into operational steps and successful outcomes.High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to deal with ambiguous requirements.Demonstrated competency in a variety of Data Transport and ETL processes and methodologies.Demonstrate knowledge of metadata management concepts and practical application.Basic understanding of SQL Databases including basic SQL query management and optimization skills.3+ years of data modelling experience.Experience in advanced data warehouse concepts.Understanding of public cloud offerings and how-to solution designs that are built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar).Excellent people skills and the ability to articulate complex technology concepts with technical and non-technical individuals.Ability to approach a technical solution to solve challenges from a business perspective.Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.Preferred Qualifications
