Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the India sales strategy aligned with Scybers’ global business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to closure.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, resellers, and channel partners.
- Manage CXO level relationships to position Scybers as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals and GTM campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM tools.
- Represent Scybers at industry forums, cybersecurity events, and partner conferences.
Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in Cybersecurity / IT Services Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.Strong understanding of MDR, SOC, vCISO, Cloud Security, Data Privacy, GRC, and Compliance domains.Excellent CXO-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Experience working with leading OEMs is a plus.What We Offer
