Key Responsibilities :
Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations for interior design and home décor projects.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material logistics.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize workflow and timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and project installation teams.
- Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines to management.
Team & Project Coordination
Supervise cross-functional teams — including design, warehouse, dispatch, and on-site project teams.Conduct regular meetings to review project updates and identify operational bottlenecks.Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners for smooth project execution.Inventory & Resource Management
Oversee stock levels, warehouse operations, and product movement.Maintain accurate data of materials, furniture, and décor items.Plan for timely sourcing and delivery to avoid delays in execution.Quality & Compliance
Ensure all projects adhere to design specifications and quality standards.Maintain compliance with safety and operational protocols on-site.Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Interior Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10 years of experience in operations / project management within interior design, architecture, or home décor industries.Proven experience in managing design-to-delivery processes.Strong understanding of vendor management, logistics, and team coordination.Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace;knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar) is an advantage.
