Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in IT Services and Cloud Solutions with client facing engagement experience. The ideal candidate will liaise with the client and also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and support successful project execution. Exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and client interaction expertise are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Work closely with cloud architects, product managers, and development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement areas and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions.

Support cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

Facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and presentations with clients and internal teams.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Participate in UAT planning, execution, and validation of functional enhancements.

Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables with high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services industry.

Hands-on understanding of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile / Scrum).

Excellent communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in requirement management and project collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications :

Cloud certifications (AWS / GCP) are an added advantage.

Experience working with global teams and enterprise-level cloud migration projects.
