Working Days : Monday to Friday

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role :

Futurism Technology on behalf of its client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator . You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
• Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency.
• Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
