Job Title : Braze Consultant
Shift : 5 PM - 2 AM
Notice Period : Immediate or 15 days]
We’re looking for an experienced Braze Consultant to lead the setup and optimization of customer engagement programs at Eclerx. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Braze, marketing automation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategize and design lifecycle campaigns across email, PUSH, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Align Braze usage with business goals and provide strategic consultation.
- Conduct platform audits and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
- Configure integrations (e.G., Segment, Amplitude, custom APIs) for seamless data flow.
- Train internal teams and define KPIs for campaign success.
- Stay updated with Braze features and assist in onboarding clients.
