• Spectral Consultant is currently hiring Senior AssociateGen AI & Python for one of the global consulting firm, building advanced tools and solutions to support teams worldwide.
• The main focus of this role is to build and maintain advanced internal tools that help consulting teams deliver actionable insights.
• This is a high-impact role involving Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.
• Location : Gurugram.
• Work Mode : Hybrid
• Experience : 3-7years.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based tools and applications.
• Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning to automate and improve processes.
• Build internal web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Streamlit.
• Support analytics projects and generate actionable insights for clients.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency through technology.
• Communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Graduates with 5 - 7 years of experience and postgraduates with 35 years of experience.
• Strong Python expertise (4+ years).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Machine Learning preferred.
• Advanced understanding of database design and Azure / AWS servers preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
