Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Associate to join our sales team at Xshore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted outreach to senior executives in the real estate and private equity sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects (Founders, Partners, CFOs, and other decision-makers).
- Communicate Xshore’s value proposition effectively, highlighting offshore talent solutions in real estate accounting, finance, and operations.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on business fit and client needs.
- Schedule introductory meetings and demos for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert interest into meetings
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
2–7 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred).Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.Comfortable meeting high daily activity targets (100+ calls).Basic understanding of real estate, private equity, or outsourcing business models (preferred but not mandatory).Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
