🔍 Sinclus is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Construction Contracting for EPC Projects in the Oil & Gas Sector for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi.

🧰 QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, or related fields

✅ Professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Project Management qualifications are an advantage

🧰 REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY

✅ Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including 10+ years on overseas projects

✅ Hands on Experience managing large-scale multi- discipline Oil & Gas construction projects over $300 million

✅ Excellent leadership and project execution skills

🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔧 Lead and manage Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation construction activities

📊 Ensure project execution in line with schedule, budget, and quality standards

👷 Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors for seamless project delivery

🛡️ Oversee safety, compliance, and risk management on-site

📈 Report project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders
