We're a Web3 media marketing agency partnering with top influencers and brands. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes crypto to join us as a Project / Account Manager .

Join our mission to empower Web3 brands by managing client relationships, driving campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery. This is a client-facing role , so strong communication, problem-solving, and social media knowledge are essential.

Role Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
  • Manage end-to-end client communications : onboarding calls, reporting, feedback, updates and keep relationships strong.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, social media, content) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Monitor and track performance of client accounts, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay on top of crypto / Web3 news, trends, and communities to provide insights for client strategies.
  • Ensure social media content and campaigns align with client goals and brand voice.
  • Handle multiple projects at once with clear timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Crypto Native : Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, exchanges, tokens, etc.).
  • Social Media Experience : Hands-on experience in social media management, strategy, or growth (Twitter / X, Telegram, Discord, , Instagram).
  • 2–4 years of experience in account / project management, preferably in marketing, digital, or crypto agencies.
  • Excellent communicator who can hold client calls, handle feedback, and present strategies with confidence.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and deliverables.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving Web3 environment.
  • Previous experience working with crypto brands / projects .
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Twitter analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).
  • Experience working in remote, global teams .
