Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant [Urgent]

SpectrumTek is actively looking for experienced professionals with at least one year of hands-on expertise in the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module. If you're passionate about working in a dynamic environment and want the flexibility of working fully remote, this is a great opportunity!

Skill Requirements :

• Configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC)
• Experience with building compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and paysheet processing
• Ability to analyze business requirements and configure solutions in Fusion IC
• Hands-on experience in issue resolution, enhancement support, and end-user training

Candidate must be able to join within 30 days from the offer acceptance. Ideally, we are looking for FTE but the role is open to contractors as well.
