Key Responsibilities : - Provide Support : Offer day-to-day support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Business Central ERP including modules like Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Finance and other application maintenance - Issue Resolution : Resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries promptly and effectively. Track and document support issues and resolutions.
- System Maintenance : Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as applying updates, patches, and ensuring smooth system performance.
- User Assistance : Assist users with navigating the system, answering questions, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and resolve root causes of recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration : Work with internal technical teams or third-party vendors to resolve more complex issues or implement system improvements.
- Testing & Debugging : Conduct basic system testing and help identify issues during updates, upgrades, or integrations.
- User Training : Provide on-demand training to users on new features or processes and ensure clients are using Business Central optimally.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, solutions, and configurations. Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related domain - 0–1 years of experience in application support, IT support, or sales operations - Solid understanding of Business Central core modules (e.G., Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patching, and release management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support tickets simultaneously. Key Skills : - Experience in implementing or supporting business process automation.
- Familiarity with MS SQL or database management.
- Previous experience in a support role within a professional services firm is preferred.
