• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inquiries to convert leads into admissions by understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable programs.
• Maintain excellent communication with prospects to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and meet or exceed sales targets every month.
