Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Problem Solving
- Identify business bottlenecks, design data-backed solutions, and work cross-functionally to execute interventions to assist sales & ops teams
- Lead critical projects across sales and operations to improve productivity, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.
- Account management of alliance relationships and drive wallet share across strategic partners
Business Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics, performance KPIs, and revenue trends.Guide city teams with actionable insights on partner engagement and retentionConduct deep-dives into sales funnels, conversion rates, and process drop-offs to generate actionable insights.Track performance of key initiatives and create leadership reports with sharp, insight-led narratives.Inter-Departmental Collaboration
Act as a connector between Sales, Ops, Finance, Product, and Training teams to drive alignment and remove execution roadblocks.Ensure timely data flow, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for highimpact projects.Execution Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of key strategic programs – from design to rollout and tracking outcomes.Drive adherence to timelines and rigor in execution by managing stakeholders across levels.Requirements :
1. Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Ops, or similar roles in operations focused B2B, fintech, or high-growth startups
3. Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
4. Demonstrated ability to translate data into business action with strong execution
5. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
