Appian - Senior Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience in Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Provider domain and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to innovative solutions that enhance our companys offerings and impact society positively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Appian solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Appian RPA and AI solutions.
• Analyze and optimize existing Appian applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and maintenance of Appian applications.
• Ensure that all Appian solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications in a timely manner.
• Document all development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across all Appian projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest Appian technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members.
• Support the integration of Appian solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor and report on the performance of Appian applications to ensure they meet business objectives.
