Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms to drive leads, customer acquisition and revenue.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics including CTR, CPA and ROAS for continuous improvement.
2. Data-Driven Growth Strategies
Analyse performance data to uncover insights, informing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.Design and test innovative growth experiments to improve conversion rates and optimize user funnels.3. Budget Management & ROI Optimization
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and positive ROI.Stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend adoption of new tools or technologies to boost performance.4. Collaboration & Market Presence
Partner with internal teams to enhance landing page conversion rates and ad performance.Conduct competitive and market research to stay informed on industry trends .5. Continuous Learning & Adaptation
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.Identify and optimize critical user journey touchpoints to reduce drop-offs and enhance engagement.Requirements
What we want you to have
Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across SEM, SMM, PPC and other acquisition channels.Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic platforms.Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)Expertise in creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns with a focus on ROI-driven growth, Google Ads and SaaS / iPaaS industry.What is a plus to have
