Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, monitoring website performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with various teams to enhance the overall user experience, handling customer inquiries, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and E-Commerce management experience
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales experience and persuasive selling techniques
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the perfume industry is a plus
