Mechanical Design Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Mechanical Design Manager

to lead the complete design & development life cycle of Infrastructure & construction equipment such as lifting systems, mast structures, material handling units, safety platforms and structural support systems. Ensure Engineering innovation, structural integrity, and compliance with global standards while managing multi-disciplinary design teams and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product design & development

: Lead end-to-end design of construction Equipments including lifting and hoisting equipments, mast systems, safety platforms and steel structures.

Develop concept designs, detailed 3D CAD models,Engineering drawings & BOM's.

Implement value engineering, light weight structural design & Modular configuration for assembly and service efficiency.

Engineering Calculations & Validation

: Conduct mechanical and structural engineering analysis, Bending shear, Axial, buckling, Fatigue and impact.

Perform FEA validation for static, dynamic, nonlinear, vibration and wind load cases.

Review and interpret simulation results, physical prototypes and field test data.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

Solid works / Inventor / Auto CAD expertise

FEA using Solidworks simulation

AGMA gear design, GD&T, Welding standards

Familiar with material handling and construction Equipment Technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor / Master in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience :

12-15 years in Industrial machinery or construction equipment design.

Leadership experience of a small engineering team.

: CBD Belapur, NaviMumbai, India.

Type of employment : Permanent.

Salary :

15,00,000 ~ 20,00,000 PA + Bachelor accommodation if required.
