Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer (React) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and performant web applications using React and related technologies. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable frontend applications using React.js and related libraries / frameworks.
  • Translate UI / UX wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve usability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux or other state management tools).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components, or Sass).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and / or GraphQL integration.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and package managers (npm, yarn).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (a11y).
  • Good knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects in React ecosystem.

    • Education :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
