What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
- Manage nVents product cybersecurity third-party supplier Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) assessment processes
- Execute program compliance activities and drive continuous improvement efforts to mature the program
- Improve and maintain third-party supplier GRC workflows in various tools
- Evaluate processes and tools for added efficiency, quality, and security
- Responsible for verifying that all evidence of compliance to requirements are properly documented and stored for audit purposes
- Support development and maintenance of a calendar of recurring cybersecurity audits, assessments, and activities; track to ensure owners complete activities on time
- Facilitate process to ensure list of third-party suppliers is maintained in appropriate nVent tools / databases
- Work with nVent product development teams on their compliance to customer cybersecurity requirements and requests.
- Receive ongoing product cybersecurity training.
YOU Have :
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related fieldIdeally 5- 10 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.Ideally 5 years of experience in managing third-party supplier GRC relationshipsSome experience in product cybersecurity or risk assessmentsCybersecurity or supply-chain certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA, ASCM, CPSMFamiliarity with ISA / IEC 62443 4-1 Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) requirementsStrong process development and reporting skillsAbility to successfully partner and collaborate across key functions including IT, product engineering, cybersecurity, and privacy teamsFamiliar with industry standards and best practicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWe Have :
