About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a leading Fintech organization. The ideal candidate should bring a strong blend of Recruitment expertise and hands-on experience in HR Operations ensuring efficient people processes and an engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions.
HR Operations : Oversee payroll compliance onboarding and exit formalities.
Administration : Handle HR documentation and day-to-day office admin functions.
Employee Engagement : Plan and execute engagement activities to foster motivation and retention.
Grievance Handling : Address employee concerns with fairness and discretion.
Policy Implementation : Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations .
Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services sector will be an advantage.
