To expand the reach and sustainability of these initiatives, we are seeking a

Grants & Partnerships Executive

to drive

funding, CSR collaborations, donor relations, and institutional partnerships

that strengthen the foundation’s mission.

Role Overview

The

Grants & Partnerships Executive

will identify, pursue, and manage opportunities for funding and strategic collaboration through

grants, CSR programs, sponsorships, and tenders .

This role blends research, relationship-building, proposal writing, and partnership management — ideal for individuals passionate about creating tangible social impact through strategic resource mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Grants & Funding Development

Identify

national and international grant opportunities , government schemes, and donor programs aligned with DGF’s verticals.

Prepare

comprehensive grant proposals, concept notes, and applications

that effectively communicate project goals and expected outcomes.

Maintain a database of grant cycles, submission deadlines, and follow-ups.

2. CSR & Corporate Partnerships

Approach

corporates and PSUs

for CSR collaborations supporting DGF initiatives (health, education, environment, culture).

Develop customized CSR proposals, presentations, and MoUs.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with CSR leaders and foundations.

3. Donor & Sponsor Relations

Engage individual and institutional donors through consistent communication, impact reports, and recognition programs.

Coordinate sponsorships for foundation events such as the

Global Eminence Summit ,

Bharat Brilliance Accolades , and

Herbal Garden Projects .

Manage donor databases and ensure transparency in acknowledgment and reporting.

4. Tender & Proposal Management

Monitor relevant

government and institutional tenders , prepare responses, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams for technical data, budgets, and project details to support tender submissions.

5. Institutional & International Collaboration

Initiate and manage partnerships with

universities, research bodies, and development agencies

for collaborative programs.

Support MoUs, exchange agreements, and joint projects.

6. Reporting & Impact Documentation

Prepare funding reports, project progress summaries, and post-grant compliance documentation.

Track key metrics : funding received, partnerships established, renewal cycles, and outreach achieved.

Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Business, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Administration, or equivalent experience .

1 – 5 years

of experience in fundraising, CSR, partnerships, or proposal development.

Strong

writing and presentation skills ; ability to draft persuasive proposals and reports.

Familiarity with

CSR regulations, government funding portals, and tender documentation .

Excellent

networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .

Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for

social impact, sustainability, and nation-building initiatives .
