Injection Moulding Operator Plastic

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to operate and

maintain moulding machines, ensure quality production, and troubleshoot issues to

ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

injection moulding and knowledge of plastic processing.

Key Responsibilities :

 Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production plans

 Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required

 Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed

 Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding machines and tools

 Troubleshoot moulding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.

 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

 Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs

 Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement

 Train junior operators when required

Requirements :

 Diploma inPlastic Engineering / MS Polimer or equivalent

 2–5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations

 Good understanding of various plastics (PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.) and moulding

parameters

 Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier,

micrometre, etc.)

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

 ITI / Diploma in Mechanical.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹25,000- ₹30,000 per month
