As a seasoned Product Director, you will lead our VeriTouch Financial CRM solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You'll have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Financial Services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Service concepts in Financial Services.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements, customer feedback, and project delivery team inputs.
• Actively participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies to provide feedback, accept deliverables, and adjust the product backlog as needed.
• Serve as a bridge between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of product vision and requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements for existing products.
