As a Practice head you will owns the overall development of Data & Analytics practice (Enterprise Data warehouse, data platform modernization, migration to cloud data platform, Visualization, Enterprise data governance, MDM and Advance analytics – AI / ML). This includes revenue growth, business development strategies, creation of differentiated offerings, building team competencies, marketing of technology & domain solutions / service offerings to internal / external stakeholders, building new technology capabilities, managing partnership with principles and startup eco-system. Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of consulting services to our customers. You should have experience working with customers in the Fortune 500 and have experience leading Enterprise Data warehouse, data platform modernization, migration to cloud data platform, Visualization, Enterprise data governance, MDM and Advance analytics – AI / ML services. Serve as the executive leader behind the integrity of the organization's technology strategies and ongoing Data & Analytics initiatives.

1) P&L Management
- Create, strategize and sign off P&L budgets along with the Sub-vertical leaders, Handled accounts (P&L) spread across various GEO
- Ensures the vertical achieves its MTD / YTD, Q on Q targets : Revenue, EBTIDA, Operational metrics - EE and EN and aligned SG&A costs
- Conducts monthly reviews on revenue margin, pipeline, utilization
- Identify key parameters of improvement for vertical growth and margins
- Lead and implement all cost related initiatives for VBUs and direct projects
2) Sales & Client Management
