About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and support employee training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Budget for the role : 5LPA to 6LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify training and development needs through regular assessments and feedback.
- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations.
- Maintain training MIS and reports – track participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Partner with department heads to create role-specific development plans.
- Support initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and competency frameworks.
- Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs.
- Monitor learning KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.3–4 years of experience in HR with focus on Learning & Development / Talent Development.Exposure to e-learning platforms or LMS is an added advantage.If interested, you can share your CV on recruitment@mafatlals.com
