Job Summary (List Format) :

• Redesign and optimize legacy databases (PostgreSQL DB2 MS SQL) for improved performance and scalability
• Lead migration of on-premises databases to cloud or Kubernetes On-Prem platforms
• Administer and maintain distributed and time-series databases such as SQLite
• Collaborate with cloud architects to implement scalable data solutions on Databricks and Azure
• Monitor database health performance and storage utilization to ensure reliability
• Ensure secure role-based access and administration across all data platforms
• Support integration with dashboards and enable data availability for analytics teams
• Assist with onboarding new data sources and designing data models
• Utilize strong experience in relational database design and development
• Apply hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL DB2 MS SQL and Databricks
• Leverage knowledge of cloud database platforms especially Azure and Databricks Delta Tables
• Apply familiarity with Kubernetes and distributed database systems
• (Preferred) Utilize knowledge of Power BI and other dashboarding tools
• Prepare clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• 3 6 years of relevant experience in database administration and application development
