Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead Colocation Services Sales in the Mumbai region . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B IT infrastructure sales and a successful track record in selling colocation, data center hosting, or managed services to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients for colocation and data center hosting services in the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai region.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and Facility Heads.
- Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies and drive execution to achieve sales targets.
- Understand client infrastructure needs and present CtrlS's value proposition effectively.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solutions Architects to deliver customized proposals and pricing.
- Maintain strong funnel management, forecasting, and reporting via CRM tools.
- Stay updated on competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the data center space.
- Represent the company at local events, industry meets, and customer briefings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business; MBA is a plus.Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the data center / colocation / IT infrastructure domain.In-depth understanding of colocation, cross-connects, power & cooling infrastructure, SLAs, and data center operations.Strong enterprise network in Mumbai across verticals like BFSI, IT / ITES, Media, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Background
Prior experience with leading data center operators, MSPs, or cloud service providers.Exposure to hybrid IT infrastructure and knowledge of cloud interconnects.Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
