Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries
• Direct the qualified enquiries to Management
• Prepare quotations
• Complete all documentation pertaining to vendor registration with clients & submission of tenders and fulfill all necessary steps to fetch the tender
• Preparing sales orders
• Ensuring that the sales order is picked up by the operations team for further process
• Following up with the Operations team for progress of the order and ensuring that the order is moving ahead as per delivery schedule promised to customer
• Oversee purchase, packing, and dispatch activities
• Keeping the customer updated about the delivery schedule and delays
• Follow up with - Bank, DGFT, Clearing agent, Freight forwarders for export dispatches
• Completing all documentation for Export dispatches
• Completing all documentation for Import purchases
• Ensuring that the customers receive the bills
• Following up with customers for recovery of funds
